Job Title: Part Time Office Administrator
Location: Market Harborough
Package: £8 – £11 per hour, depending on experience.
The Role: Repro Security Ltd is a small but growing business that specialises in security and fire systems for both commercial and domestic clients.
We are looking for an Office Administrator to undertake a range of duties, including but not limited to, answering the telephone, booking appointments and managing diaries, photocopying, scanning, filing, invoicing, sending out mail shots, take deliveries, obtain quotes, send follow up emails/letters and make follow up phone calls. In addition, a small part of the role will involve (where time permits), looking after the company Twitter and Facebook accounts, website administration, monthly Google Analytics reporting, plus other duties as required.
The role is situated in a home based office in Market Harborough and the part time hours will be in the region of 16-22.5 per week. Whilst once agreed they will be set, we are willing to offer some flexibility as to when these will be, so it will be discussed at interview.
Essential skills & experience:
- Highly organised & able to organise diaries for others & chase if required
- Excellent communicator
- Confident telephone manner
- Flexible with regards to duties
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Office – specifically Word & Excel
- Use of the Internet
- have NO criminal convictions and/or any CCJ’s or bankruptcy notices
Experience with the following would be advantageous but these are not essential as training can be provided:
- Some experience with Sage
- Have used Google Analytics
- Knowledge of WordPress for website administration
- Managing business social media
